Description	Culture, both in closed systems and in the sea, of species interesting for the scientific research, especially the common sea urchin Paracentrotus lividus and the tunicate Ciona intestinalis.
Services provided	As for Ciona intestinalis: provision of embryo at various development stages, deriving from laboratory in vitro fertilizations provision of adult individuals deriving from laboratory in vitro fertilizations, with growth obtained in closed systems or at the sea As for Paracentrotus lividus: provision of adult individuals to be used for research purposes
Equipments	Tanks of various sizes and volumes (fiberglass, acrylic), racks with small glass tanks and cylinders. Perspex plates to deploy Ciona larvae both in tanks and in the sea Photobioreactors to obtain mass productions of microalgae (Isochrysis galbana, Tetraselmis suecica, Rhodomonas sp., etc.) Continuous monitoring by means of probes of water parameters (temperature, Dissolved Oxygen, pH; salinity, ORP, TGP) and computer digital centralizd control. Continuous monitoring of light and temperature by means of data-loggers.
