Reserch Interests
His research activity focuses on structural and functional aspects of natural and artificial hard substrate benthic systems and on marine phanerogams. In particular, he deals with the spatio-temporal patterns of distribution of benthic populations and throphic nets associated with such systems also in relation to anthropic impacts, mitigation interventions, establishment of Marine Protected Areas.
