Short CV
I am a researcher in marine and evolutionary biology specializing in marine gastropods. I earned my undergraduate and PhD degrees from Sapienza University of Rome, where I conducted research on the systematics, phylogeny, ecology, and evolution of little-known groups of marine mollusks. I worked in Paris on my first postdoctoral project in the first half of 2025 and am currently employed as a researcher at SZN on the BIODIVERSA project, investigating the evolution of hematophagy in marine invertebrates.
Work Tasks
Laboratorio: estrazione di acidi nucleici, PCR, preparazione reagenti. Analisi bioinformatiche: trascrittomica, venomica, filogenesi.
