Research interests
While writing my Master's thesis, I focused on studying water masses using satellite data from multiparametric profiling buoys (CTD) ARGO FLOAT located in the Ross Sea, Antarctica (Terranova Bay and Ross Ice Shelf). This experience allowed me to acquire skills in graphical data processing using software such as Matlab and Ocean Data View.
Currently, I am conducting a research fellowship centered on processing satellite data collected from a buoy that provides information on environmental and meteorological parameters, as well as CH4 and CO2 gas fluxes near hydrothermal vents, to correlate with the area's biodiversity.
